Welcome to My Golden Card. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our wedding invitation template and video creation platform and services. By accessing or using My Golden Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using My Golden Card, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download copy of the materials on My Golden Card for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials.
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display.
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on My Golden Card.
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
4. User Content
Our platform allows you to create and customize wedding invitation templates and wedding invitation videos. You retain ownership of the content you create, but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your creations as necessary to provide our services.
5. Video Invitation Feature and Media
Our platform also allows you to create wedding invitation videos using our video templates, background music library, and animated text tools. You retain ownership of the personalized video you create. Video templates and bundled background music tracks provided by us are licensed for use only within invitations created on our platform and may not be extracted, redistributed, or used for any other purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy of any names, dates, or other details you enter, and for ensuring you have the right to use any music or media you upload yourself.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate.
- To submit false or misleading information.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of My Golden Card and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall My Golden Card, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10. Disclaimer
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which My Golden Card operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
