When this tool is useful
Add review notes to a document
Enter a short text annotation, choose a readable color and click where it belongs. Use Undo if you need to place it again. Existing words underneath are not rewritten.
Mark a passage for discussion
Choose a highlight color and click the area you want to call out. This creates a visual overlay rather than a text-linked comment thread.
Correct page orientation or add a pen mark
Rotate selected pages on export, or draw a handwritten mark with the pen. A drawn signature is a visible annotation, not a verified cryptographic digital signature.

Can I remove sensitive text with a white cover?
No. Covered text remains in the PDF and may be recoverable. Use a dedicated secure-redaction tool to permanently remove sensitive information.
Can I edit the original words in the PDF?
This tool adds overlays; it does not rewrite original text. Text annotations support Latin characters. You can use the pen for a handwritten signature, which is not a cryptographic digital signature.
Does rotating selected pages remove annotations on other pages?
No. Page selection controls rotation. The export saves annotations on every page where you added them.
Can I move or delete an existing annotation?
Use Undo annotation to remove the latest addition and place it again, or Clear annotations to remove all additions from the workspace. Existing PDF content is not deleted by these controls.
