How to plan Haldi, Mehndi and Sangeet invitations
Organize multiple wedding events with invitations that make dates, venues and guest expectations easy to understand.

Decide whether events need separate cards
Separate cards work well when events have different venues, audiences or dress guidance. A combined card is useful when the schedule is simple and every guest is invited to everything.
Choose the approach that makes the information easiest for your guests to follow.
Make each event unmistakable
Give every event its own name, date, start time and venue. Use a consistent visual system but leave enough difference between sections to prevent confusion.
If transport, attire or arrival times matter, state them in a short follow-up message rather than squeezing them into small text.
Review the schedule as a guest would
Read the invitation from top to bottom without prior knowledge of the wedding. You should be able to identify where to go and when in seconds.
Ask one person outside the planning group to check it before downloading the final version.
